Mehwar 26th July is arguably the densest concentration of A/B+ household traffic in Greater Cairo, feeding directly into Allegria, Beverly Hills, Westown, Belleville and the Sheikh Zayed/October compound belt. The southbound 45×6m face captures the evening return commute (4–8pm) when congestion stretches dwell time on the face, putting a captive, high-income, destination-driven audience in front of the creative daily. For brands selling to compound residents — luxury cars, primary/secondary homes, premium financial services, and big-ticket retail — this is a core-corridor buy, not a supplementary one.
