Terms of use.
These terms cover how you use digiooh.com and the DIGI client portal. DIGI is an outdoor advertising company registered and operating in Egypt, based in Cairo.
This is a working draft. It is a plain-language starting point written by the team that built the site, not vetted legal text. DIGI should have a lawyer review it before relying on it. Signed campaign contracts always take precedence over this page.

What these terms are, and are not
This page governs the website and the portal — browsing inventory, sending an enquiry, and using a client login. It is not the advertising agreement. Media bookings are governed by the campaign contract, proposal, or insertion order you sign with us. Where the two disagree about anything commercial, the signed document wins.
Inventory and availability
The network pages show our own billboard and screen inventory, with availability as our systems currently record it. Availability moves quickly and figures on the site are indicative, not a hold. A site is only reserved for you once we confirm it in writing.
Photography, audience figures, and location descriptions are there to help you judge a site. Some descriptive copy on location pages is AI-drafted from our own data and reviewed before publication; treat it as a well-informed summary rather than a survey.
Sending an enquiry
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation — it is not an order and commits neither of us to anything. We aim to respond within one business day. Please send accurate contact details; we use them only to reply to you and to run any campaign that follows (see the privacy page).
Portal accounts
Portal logins are issued by us to clients. Keep your credentials to yourself: activity under your login is treated as yours, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. Accounts are for your brand's own campaign data, and we may suspend one that is being misused or shared beyond the client team.
Campaign reports, proof photos, and documents in the portal are provided for your use in evaluating and reporting on your own campaign. Please do not republish them as though they were independent measurement.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, hammer our forms, attempt to reach data that is not yours, or copy the inventory database for a competing listing. Automated collection beyond ordinary search engine crawling is not permitted. We rate-limit the public forms and will block traffic that abuses them.
Our content
The site, its photography, the DIGI name and marks, and the inventory data behind it belong to DIGI or are licensed to us. You may share links freely and quote reasonable extracts with attribution; wholesale copying needs our written permission. Map data is provided by Mapbox and OpenStreetMap under their own licences.
Availability of the site
We work to keep the site and portal up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Both depend on third-party providers, and we may take either down for maintenance or change features as the product develops.
Liability
To the extent Egyptian law allows, DIGI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or portal — for example decisions taken on the basis of indicative availability figures. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces the obligations DIGI takes on in a signed campaign contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over disputes about them.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
